Domestic Shipping

Shipping and handling costs are $15 for all orders in the United States under $75. All orders over $75 are free. DHL or the United State Post Office.

International Shipping

Shipping internationally is $30 flat rate shipping in most cases by DHL

Shipping time is between one to three weeks for item(s) to be received depending on your location and whether or not the item is made to order.

We provide a tracking number via email.

The currency will be set to USD by default, this is converted to your currency once you reach checkout.

We have a large assortment of products stocked with various partners internationally. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next.

So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way! Again, please always contact us if you have any questions at all about your order!

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly. Throughout the process, we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfilment notice, and a shipping notice.

Return Policy FAQs

Alagema Fabrics and Accessories for our online fabric store take very serious measures while packing your products and color which you have asked for. We make sure we are sending the right products and colors.

However, if there is an issue about the order contact us at 910-605-7091 or send us an email at AlagemaFabrics@gmail.com within 3 days after you receive your package.

Clearance & sale item Jewelry or used item

We are unable to refund or exchange after 7 days from the date you received the package

For any return or exchange, if there was no error from our end customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the exchanged item(s).

Yes, prior authorization is required for any return, refund, and exchange.
